My name is Kate, and I am a part-time photographer and full-time adventure lover. In my everyday life I am an engineering manager in Sydney, Australia, but spend my weekends in the outdoors, exploring our beautiful wild places with my husband and toddler.

I discovered photography through my love of hiking, travel and the outdoors. Knowing what a privilege it was so be able to experience the beauty of remote and faraway places, I started documenting them to share with friends and family. And soon after, my photography hobby became a full-blown passion.

I share the beauty of this world through images in order to inspire others to want to protect this beautiful planet of ours too. I hope you love its wildness, and its wildlife as I do. Its mountains, rivers, coastlines, open plains, valleys, deserts and reefs and everything in between.
